Climb Your Way to Success Leadership Training
with Chelsea Groton Bank & NMC

Kick up your leadership skills a notch with Chelsea Groton Bank.

Join us on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, from 4:30 - 6:30 PM at the Waterford Country School’s incredible campus for fun and adventurous activities facilitated by Waterford Country School’s expert staff. (You must register to attend; space is limited.)

As a CEO / C-Suite executive or Manager within your company, you will hone communication and problem-solving skills to empower you to build better teams and successfully overcome business challenges. 

Through some basic low ropes course and climbing activities, we will engage in team building. If we have time and interest, participants will also have the option to try the Zipline.

The activities are intended to inspire communication, trust, and problem solving. All of the activities are "challenge by choice": if someone is not dressed appropriately because they came straight from work or does not want to participate in all the activities, that is completely fine (whether because of an injury, fear, etc.). There will be some non-ropes or climbing team building activities as well for those who aren’t comfortable with the more physical activities.

After we've improved our team building awareness and leadership skills, hang out with us for food, drinks, and socializing with other business leaders in the NMC community.

This is a limited-space engagement for which we encourage you to register yourself and 2-3 members of your management team. Imagine how much better your company will be after you have a little fun, let out some steam, AND get to know others who are actively improving communication and leadership skills on their teams!
