This is our first year offering sponsorship packages and we are excited to include you in the spotlight for our event announcements and during the event as people look around! 

Boats, Burgers, & Beer is the NMC's annual summer networking meeting held at the Mystic Seaport Museum in the Clagett Boat Shed. This beautiful location where many have been married, celebrated new additions to family, and enjoyed company outings is a perfect spot for people to come together, have a great time, and learn how they may be able to work together. We loved hearing stories of connections from the past years' Boats, Burgers, & Beer and look forward to hearing more from this year's event! 

We expect to have in attendance 80 professionals from across CT, RI, MA, and NC, and we market it to more than 1000 people across the US, with 80% of them being in New England. Sponsoring #NMCBBB24 is a wonderful opportunity to get your company name in front of others digitally and/or at the event.

Sponsorships can be purchased through July 22nd unless otherwise noted. Tickets can be purchased at the #BBB24 page until sold out.

Sponsorship Packages

Grand - $1000

• Company Banner/Sign Hung inside Clagett Boat Shed behind podium during event.
  • Banners to be provided by sponsor, up to 2’X4’
• Listed as Grand Sponsor in the digital program sent to all attendees.
• Listed as Gold Sponsor at end of event summary video and on event webpage.
• Featured Sponsor Highlight on NMC website for 3 months following event (August, September, October).
• Business highlight shared on LinkedIn once a month for 3 months following event.
• Until 7/1: Directors Chair with NMC logo and “#BBB24 Sponsored by [Your Company Name]” raffled off at end of night.
• From 7/2 while tickets are available: 2 tickets to event.

Gold - $500:

Silver - $250:

• Listed as Silver Sponsor in the digital program sent to all attendees.

• Until 7/1: Directors Chair with NMC logo and “#BBB24 Sponsored by [Your Company Name]” raffled off at end of night.

Bronze - $150:

• Listed as Bronze Sponsor in the digital program sent to all attendees.
• Listed as Bronze Sponsor at end of event summary video and on event webpage.

Sponsorship Details:

• Sponsorship packages do not include tickets to the event, unless otherwise noted.
• You will have category exclusivity. There will be no competitors sponsoring the same category. First come/first serve regardless of membership status.
